At Glam Stella, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging our jewelry so it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if anything isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.
📦 Confirmation Requirement Upon Delivery
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the product inside.
- The video must capture the product condition immediately upon delivery — this helps us verify any issue and prevents misuse of the policy.
- Alternatively, clear photos of the damaged item, with packaging visible, will be accepted if sent on the same day of delivery.

🔁 Returns or Exchanges for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, scratched, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, we will:
- Replace it with a new piece (free of charge)
OR - Provide a full refund to your original payment method
This is based on your preference.
🕒 All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same piece, just send us an email.
🚫 Non-Returnable Cases
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that are used or worn
- Items without any damage or defect
- Personal preferences (e.g., change of mind or size)
- Items reported after 24 hours without prior communication
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 working days.
🚚 Shipping Returns
In the rare chance you need to return a piece, don’t worry — we’ll cover the return shipping costs, no questions asked.
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged item, and we want to make it up to you in the best way possible. Our goal is for you to have a smooth, joyful experience and feel truly happy with your purchase.
You can choose between:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
